Training
Our mandatory induction training includes all training mandated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

All Caregivers must successfully complete induction training in both practical and theory of home care before they can give personal care to our Clients/Customer.
The induction training includes the following mandatory courses - but the training is not limited to these courses:

All of our trainers are experienced and knowledgeable in the health care sector and we encourage and support our healthcare staff to carry out their challenging roles with care and diligence - meeting and exceeding the standards taught in certified training.
We offer support and guidance on nurses revalidation with the Nursing and Midwifery council in the UK.
